Dr. Bala A. Shehu is the Team Lead of the Content Development and Quality Assurance Group of the Firm. He has B. Ed from University of Calabar as well as M. Tech.and PhD from Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. his specialization is in the area of Curriculum Design and Educational Technology.

Dr. Bala A. Shehu was a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Curriculum and Instructional Technology. He has held different position, served in different committees and received different awards at the College of Education, Minna. Among the positions he held were College Examination Officer, and membership of College Screening, College Examination Misconduct, Sports Development, Teaching Practice, Pre-Assessment and Promotion committees. He was also a member of the Academic Board and College Governing Council.

He was at various times the Deputy Director NCE/LVSP Programmes and the Director Educational Management and Assisted Programmes and Linkages. He was the Head of Department Curriculum and Instructional Technology and University Affiliated Programmes. He was also the Deputy Dean School of Education, Dean School of Education and Chairman Committee of Deans. He rose to the position of Deputy Provost (Academics) of Niger State College of Education, Minna moving to Abdulkadir Kure University Minna where is currently the Director of Academic Planning of the University.

Dr. Bala A. Shehu has published many articles in reputable journals and contributed chapters in several books. He is an astute educator and a member of some professional bodies (NAEMT, NAPSREL, TERA and TRCN). He is married and blessed with children.
